Exonerations and wrongful convictions represent a significant failure in this system; they signify instances where innocent people have been wrongly sentenced. Our mission is to rectify these missteps. Working collaboratively with policymakers, stakeholders, and communities across New York, we aim to advance evidence-based solutions that effectively address the issue of wrongful convictions and champion the cause of justice and equity.
