Frederick O. Towles is a distinguished entrepreneur, accomplished author, sought-after public speaker, and seasoned professional coach specializing in personal finance. With over two decades of experience, Frederick has established himself as a prominent figure in the fields of accounting, finance, education, and community service.

Frederick’s commitment to continuous learning is evident through his attendance at various seminars, particularly those emphasizing non-profit accounting and the rules affecting non-profit organizations. His dedication to the field led him to become an Enrolled Agent designated by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in 2014.

His proficiency extends beyond the classroom, encompassing a wide range of software and tools, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, QuickBooks, Excel, and more.

As the President of The Towles Group, Inc., based in Uniondale, New York, Frederick founded this financial corporation to meet the needs of individuals, non-profit organizations, small and mid-sized businesses. The Towles Group excels in providing essential services such as accounting, payroll, taxation, asset protection, financial compliance, wealth creation, debt management, and astute business administration.

In the realm of community service, Frederick’s commitment is exemplified through his role as a Youth Pastor at Foundation Church (formerly known as Bethel Gospel Tabernacle Inc.) in Jamaica, New York. He played an instrumental role in creating and coordinating a vibrant youth ministry, working closely with youth worship team leaders, delivering sermons, leading Bible studies, mentoring young individuals, creating speaking schedules, and overseeing various church-related functions.

Frederick has also held roles as an Internal Auditor and Assistant Controller at St. Joseph’s College. In this capacity, he worked closely with the CFO and Controller, compiling information for Form 990 and the Consolidated Financial Statements (CF). He conducted internal audits on various areas, including accounts payable, student refunds, employee loans, coach’s salaries, academic departments, student financial aid, and the athletics department. Frederick also played a crucial role in creating and implementing financial controls.

As a self-employed financial professional, Frederick provided taxation and general accounting services in Jamaica, New York. His expertise encompassed the preparation of personal, corporate, small business, and non-profit tax returns. He efficiently processed quarterly payroll and sales tax returns for small and mid-sized businesses and managed weekly payroll for several businesses. Frederick also offered general accounting services to clients, ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in setting up various business entities for his clients, including sole proprietorships, corporations, and non-profit corporations. His expertise extended to providing CFO and Controller services to numerous clients.
